The Federation of Global Tamil Organizations (FGTO) stands united with the global Tamil diaspora to demand international recognition, accountability, and justice for the Tamil Genocide committed by the Sri Lankan state. Through advocacy at the United Nations, legal initiatives, and humanitarian efforts, FGTO works tirelessly to secure the Eelam Tamils’ right to self-determination, protect survivors, and ensure non-recurrence of atrocities. Reaffirming Self-Determination through Tamil Eelam Independence Referendum,  FGTO raise our voices for truth, remembrance, and a free future for the Tamil people.

The Federation of Global Tamil Organizations (FGTO) was formed in 2021 and registered as a not-for-profit organization in Canada. Present Federation member organizations are Tamil Americans United PAC (TAUPAC),  Ottawa Tamil Association (OTA), Quebec Tamil Development Association (QTDA), World Tamil Organization (WTO), Tamil Genocide Memorial (TGM), Tamil Canadian Centre for Civic Action (TCCCA).
